BRISBANE (Antara): Indonesia will have the opportunity to show arts and cultural performance as well as demonstrating national culinary at the Home and Garden Exhibition in Melbourne, Australian starting Aug. 26 to Sept 2, 2007.
Indonesia’s Consul General in Melbourne Budiarman Bahar told Antara Friday he would make the occasion to promote Indonesia’s tourism in the expo which would also be attended by other countries including Ireland, the United States, Japan, India and several European countries.
“…. We have received latest brochures on tourism from the Ministry of Tourism and Culture in Jakarta,” said Budiarman.
He added that Indonesia’s representative would also perform traditional dances from West Sumatra, Java, and Bali in the event, as well as introducing furniture products. (**)
