PARIS : Air France said Wednesday it would begin a flight serving Bali from Singapore using a code-share agreement with Australia's Qantas.
Air France vice president for Asia Pacific Jean-Louis Pinson said the flight could start in mid-September, but he did not set a definite date.
"The code-share agreement is a good impetus," he told the Jakarta Post.
Pinson said Bali was not served by Air France sister company KLM.
Currently, Air France does not serve Indonesian routes being handled by KLM.
Pinson said there were no immediate plans for Air France to return to Jakarta in the coming years. (Novan Iman Santosa)
